ORVELLE collects only what a maison needs to serve you: your name, your email, a delivery address when you order, and the notes you choose to leave when booking a viewing. Nothing else is gathered, inferred or purchased.
Your information is never sold, rented, traded or shared with any third party beyond the couriers who carry your pieces and the payment provider who processes your order. Analytics on this site are aggregate and anonymous.
The monthly letter is opt-in, and every letter carries a working unsubscribe line. Ask the writing desk at maison@orvelle.com at any time to see, correct or erase everything we hold about you — it is answered within one working day.
