How to wear, clean and keep an ORVELLE piece — and what the maison promises for as long as it stands.
Rings last longest worn on clean hands and removed for lifting, swimming and sleep. Perfume before jewellery, never after. Diamonds scratch each other — give each piece its own compartment of the box.
Lukewarm water, one drop of neutral soap, a soft brush behind the stone where light enters. Dry with the maison cloth. Never ultrasonic-clean a set stone at home; the atelier does it under a loupe.
Once a year, with our compliments: every claw checked under magnification, re-polish, re-rhodium where the metal asks for it. Book it like a viewing — the piece returns within ten days.
Sizing within four sizes is done in-house in twelve days. Older ORVELLE pieces are always welcome back to the bench, whatever their year. An estimate is given before any work begins.
Every piece carries its reference engraved inside the band. As long as the maison stands, that reference entitles it to service, re-certification, and — should you wish — a place in our archive photography.
